Small, unusual, comfortable and highly functional apartment in a beautiful bourgeois building.

In the peace and quiet on the rooftops (4th floor without elevator), you forget that you are in the city centre and only a 10 minute walk from the remains of our "little Rome".

The accommodation is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning and a Smart TV.

The small kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, a double ceramic hob, a microwave, a kettle, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, etc...
Tea and coffee, as well as basic condiments, are available.

All necessary bedding (sheets, duvet, pillows) and toiletries (large and small towels, soap, shampoo) are of course provided.

For smokers, we will be able to share a small outdoor space dedicated to this purpose.

We live on the same floor. Discreet and respectful of our guests' peace and quiet, we will be available if you wish (see traveler reviews).

Accessible from the train station (10 min walk), the accommodation will allow you to discover the city on foot (the Arenas at 5 min, Maison Carrée at 5 min, Jardins de la Fontaine at 10 min, numerous shops such as Carrefour Market and others at the foot of the building, etc...)

For parking your vehicle, access to the secure underground car park (Interparking La Coupole - 100m away) is available as an option (€10/day) so as not to charge travelers who don't need it (see conditions in "The Neighborhood - Transport"). If you are interested, please let me know when you make your reservation request ;)

Apartment recently renovated and decorated by us... charming and atypical, we hope "like home".

Perfectly located in the historic city center, you are next to the covered market, a 2-minute walk from the Maison Carrée, 5 minutes from the Arena and the Museum of Romanity, and 15 minutes from the Jardins de la Fontaine and the train station. All types of shops are available.

Note that the stairs are rather narrow (like most buildings in the city centre) and may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

For parking your vehicle, access to the secure underground parking (Interparking La Coupole - 200 m away) is offered as an option (10 euros/day).

For arrivals on Wednesdays, we may not be able to accommodate you before 7pm.
